Mark is an astounding tradesman. He carried out all the necessary work and groundwork to fully install our new bathroom with a large walk in shower, after doing each days work he cleaned up any mess that had been made and we felt very comfortable to leaving him on his own while we went out.

He has great knowledge and he knew exactly what we wanted but also giving us ideas into a complete new design of bathroom. Mark also has a very good knowledge on the requirements for the disabled and less able. The work Mark carried out was to a high standard and we were left with a beautiful bathroom

We had previously contracted Mark to build an extension and fit a kitchen (previous review made), so we knew what to expect regarding professionalism and standard. We were replacing a bath with a walk in shower, moving the sink, new bathroom suite, floor replaced and tiling.

Mark gave us some really good suggestions as part of the design which we used in conjunction with Worcester City Plumbing. Mark kept to the agreed timeframe and costs. We are really pleased with the end result.
